Veda Borbon Bañez-Alonzo

Veda Borbon Bañez-Alonzo was born in Abra on 23 May 1952. She was a dancer and choreographer.
At the age of eight, she was trained in dancing. She acquired more professional training, studied and developed variety of dance forms. She was appointed dance director of the the Metropolitan Dance Theater Company. In 1986, the MDT Company developed a varied dance repertoire ranging from Broadway, classical ballet, jazz, modern, and folk dances. She has been teaching dances since 1965.
