Regino Garcia (b. September 7, 1840 – d. July 6, 1916) was member of the Philippine Army who fought during the Filipino-American War. As a renowned artist, botanist and forester, the government appointed him as director of walks, gardens, and parks of Manila in 1890. Later, he supervised the construction of forts and defense works in Pampanga River and other areas.
