Milagros Ong

Milagros Santos Ong is a former director of the Supreme Court Library. She, together with Justice Carpio put together the first digital library of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court e-Library. She is active in electronic publishing and has instituted modern systems in the Supreme Court Library.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) bestowed to her the Outstanding Professional Librarian of the Year Award on 20 June 2005.
