Liborio Gatbonton

Liborio Gatbonton was a Filipino cartoonist during the 1940s and 1950s who created the popular series "Jappy Days," a comic book that satirized the Japanese rule in the Philippines. He was also the chief cartoonist of the comics section of the now-defunct Evening Chronicle
