Juan Antonio Osorio

Juan Antonio Osorio was the acting Governor-General of the Philippines from 21 to 27 September 1866.[1]


Osorio was a naval officer.[2] He became acting governor-general of the archipelago on 21 September 1866 after José Laureano de Sanz was relieved from his position.[3] He occupied the position for six days, ending on 27 September with the appointment of Joaquin del Solar e Ibáñez as the new governor-general.[4]
