Fiesta Tsinoy is a Chinese New Year celebration observed by Filipino-Chinese in the city of Legazpi, Albay, Bicol. This annual celebration takes place on 26 January. This celebration includes showcasing Chinese culture through dragon and lion dances, traditional Chinese arts and crafts, and other cultural programs relating to Chinese culture.[1]

Although this festival is primarily for people of Chinese descent, it has become a part of the celebration for some Albay locals due to the integration of Chinese and Filipino culture over the long history of Chinese presence in the Philippines. As an example, the Pastores Bicol was performed as part of the celebration in 2015.[2]
