Candy Magazine is a magazine targeted mainly for young Filipino females, as evidenced in its website's tagline “Every Filipina Teen's Best-est Friend Online” and its magazine’s slogan, “A Must-Have for Every Girl.” It is published by Summit Media.

Candy Magazine features articles on beauty, fashion, boys, and campus life.

Summit Media is also the publisher of Yes!, Cosmopolitan magazine, Seventeen magazine, FHM (For Him Magazine), Total Girl, among others.

Candy is manned by editor-in-chief Mia Fausto.

Resident Columnists


Candy Magazine's first issue was released on February, 1999. It has a colorful layout and is published in English for easy reading by its target market, which are Filipina teens, high school and college students, and even Filipino male teenagers.

In a survey conducted by Synovate in 2009, Candy Magazine ranked as the most read teen magazine in the Philippines, besting Meg and Chalk.

Distribution and Availability

This magazine is published monthly by Summit Media. It is available in convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and Mini-Stop. New and back issues are sold in Filbars, , some newsstands, bookstores such as National Bookstore, Merriam-Webster Bookstore, Mag:net Café and Goodwill Bookstore. It is also available in SM Department Stores, Rustan’s, SM Supermarket Branches, Liana’s Supermarket, and other supermarkets and malls in the Philippines.

The magazine is sold for Php 85.00 in Metro Manila and Php 100.00 in provincial areas. It is being distributed in key cities worldwide.
