Vicente G. Sinco

Vicente G. Sinco was the tenth president of the University of the Philippines. His term lasted from 1958 to 1962.

He established Foundation University in Dumaguete City on July 4, 1949.

He was a Philippine Comissioner of Foreign Affairs, and on behalf of the Philippine government, he signed the United Nations Charter.

His son was Leandro G. Sinco, former president of Foundation University. His daughter-in-law is Mira D. Sinco, the present Foundation University president.
