Valeen Montenegro Vicente, better known by her screen name Valeen Montenegro (born June 10, 1990), is a Filipina actress. She is a member of Star Magic Batch 13. She currently resides in Parañaque City and is currently in first year college.

Valeen Montenegro is the granddaughter of LVN actor Mario Montenegro. She has done many TV commercials and is also into sports. She is a member of the Makati Football Club and a tennis, marathon and swimming enthusiast. She started doing commercials before joining show business. Half-Filipina and half-Spanish with a little bit of French on her mother's side, she was seen in a toothpaste commercial with co-Star Circle member, Dino Imperial. After two months of screen tests and workshops, she was launched as one of the Star Circle 13 members. Aside from her recent Rexona: First Day High TV commercial, she was busy with various guestings in "ASAP’s Full Circle" and other ABS-CBN shows. Valeen wishes to be in the movies like her idols Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman.

She would love to be a lead actress in a soap opera with two leading men. Last summer, she kept herself busy as training coordinator for Center for Communication Arts, Inc for acting workshops. She finished high school at the Sacred Heart School in Multinational Village, Parañaque where she was a cheerleader and a member of her school's Volleyball Varsity Team. Valeen is currently in college.

In 2008, Valeen became one of the busiest female young stars when she was tapped by TV5 as host of the musical variety show MP3 (with Paolo Valenciano) and Lokomoko. She also starred in the network's weekly TV series Hush Hush. Currently, Valeen is seen on Lokomoko High and Take 5.
