The Philippine Children's Fund for America, is a non-profit organization registered under the state of California and is duly recognized by the United States Federal Government. It is based in San Francisco, CA., with a Philippine office in Clark Field, Angeles City. It composed of staff and volunteers from different backgrounds and ethnicity, PCF is dedicated to providing educational, medical, health and nutritional programs to thousands of needy children while addressing community empowerment through the provision of training and livelihood opportunities to many poor Filipino families. It collaborates with the help of churches run by the agencies all over the country and supports other NGOs to serve the needs of children left behind by the U.S. military closure.

Today it's serves more children, families and communities including 150 charitable groups all over the Philippines.
