Rodolfo Albano III

Rodolfo Taguinood Albano III is the Representative of the 1st District of Isabela.

He was born on March 2, 1959 in Cabagan, Isabela. He belongs to a family of politicians. His father was the former congressman and vice governor of Isabela, Rodolfo B. Albano. He is married to Mylene G. Albano who is the Chief of Staff in the Office of Senator Manuel A. Roxas



He finished his elementary and secondary schoolyears at La Salle Greenhills. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at De La Salle University in 1980.

Career History

His first exposure in politics was in 1981 when he became the Kabataang Barangay chairperson. After eight years, he was elected as Mayor (1988 to 1998) of Cabagan, Isabela. He also was an Executive Director of the Joint Congressional Power Committee from 2002 to 2004. He first became representative of the First District of Isabela in 1998 and again in 2004 up to the present.
