The Polytechnic University of the Philippines System (PUP) (Filipino: Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas), also called Philippine National Comprehensive University (as declared by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in 2004, during the University's centennial) is a Philippine state university. It is a public, non-sectarian, nonprofit institution of higher learning offering programs in the applied arts and sciences related to the fields of commerce, information and communications technology, and business administration. Its campus is located at Sta. Mesa district in Manila with several off-campus branches and extensions throughout Luzon.

PUP Open University

The PUP Center for Distance Learning Education is located at the Open University Building, A. Mabini Center of the Main Campus in Manila. The following degree programs are offered via distance learning:
