The Metro Manila Community Orchestra (MMCO) is a 50-piece community-based orchestra composed of young musicians whose average age is 28 years old, with the youngest player aged 11. It was founded in 2000 by violinist Alfonso "Coke" Bolipata, conductor Josefino "Chino" Toledo, and then Miriam College Music Center director Teresita Serrano. It is the official orchestra in residence of Miriam College.

The MMCO is a project of the Institute for Orchestral Development in the Philippines (IODP) based in Miriam College, Quezon City whose mission is to bring music to as many communities as possible, especially those with little or no access to classical music.
