Manny Calayan

Manuel "Manny" Calayan is one of the country's most prominent cosmetic surgeons for celebrities and socialites. He specializes in cosmetic surgery such as noselifts, eyebags removal, liposuction, breast enlargement, among others. He is a Beverly Hills trained surgeon. He also trained at Ploenchit Hi-Tech Laser Centre, Bangkok for laser surgery.

Dr. Manny V. Calayan is a product of La Salle Greenhills High School, University of the Philippines, Manila pre-medicine and the UERM College of Medicine for his medical degree.

Dr. Calayan is a recipient of the "Most Outstanding Cosmetic and Laser Surgeon" in the National Capital Region. The award was given by the Office of the Vice President of the Philippines on October 1999. He also received the "Parangal Sa Magulang" Award in 1966 at the PICC and "Ulirang Ama" in 2004.

He is an active fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons and the Philippine Society of Liposuction Surgery, Inc. He is also a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Liposuction Surgery and Asia Pacific Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Calayan teamed up with his wife, Dr. Pie Calayan in 1995 to launch their business, Cosmetiderm. Starting with one clinic in Makati City, the company has expanded to four locations. Both husband and wife trained in Makati and Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.

Today, Calayan Surgicenters are located in Quezon City and Makati City.They opened a new branch in Beverly Hills, California.
