Julia Abad

Julia Andrea Abad is the chief of staff of president Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III. She is also head of the Presidential Management Staff and a member of the transition team.

Abad finished her BA degree at the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) and proceeded to Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government to pursue her master's degree in public policy.
[edit] Career
Abad teaches political science at ADMU. She is also a Fulbright alumna of Harvard University.
She served as a consultant for the Gearing Up Internet Literacy and Access for Students (GILAS) program, a beneficiary of Google Grants.
Abad is also a former program officer of the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Consortium.
