Jose Juliano

Jose Juliano born on October 16, 1932, Dr. Julian is a Ph.D. in Nuclear Chemistry and Physics. In 1983, he was elected as Academian.

  • Ph.D. (Nuclear Chemistry and Physics), University of California, 1957


Dr.Juliano is known for his researches in nuclear chemistry and physics. Noteworthy of his published research works which total 50 are (1) Rapid and Non-destructive Analysis of Sulfur and Calcium by Radioactivation and Photoneutron Counting, (2) Disintegration of Iron-52 and Iron-53. His contributions have helped attain increased understanding of nuclear science.


In 1959, Dr. Juliano was one of the recipients of the TOYM Awardees for hias contribution in Nuclear Science and also a member of the American Society, American Physical Society and the American Chemical Society.
