The International Labor Organization (ILO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations that aims to promote rights at work, employment, social protection and social dialogue. In the Philippines, ILO's work is focused on supporting the government, workers' and employers' organizations in creating more decent work for Filipinos, both men and women alike. The Philippines is a member of ILO since 1948.
