Synopsis

The film tells the story of a ten-year-old girl named Angeli whose mother Maria is seemingly stern, cold and unfeeling. To prevent Angeli from entering a forbidden room, Maria tells her that a child-eating monster resides in there. Fully believing what her mother tells her, Angeli refuses to go inside the room until a prank leads her to believe that the monster has gotten her friend. Going inside the room, Angeli discovers her mother’s secret.
