Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board

Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board is a national government agency tasked in the planning, regulatory and quasi-judicial body for land use development and real estate and housing regulation. These roles are done via triad of strategies namely, policy development, planning and regulation.

Romulo Q. Fabul is the Chief Executive Officer and Commissioner of Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board.
