Francisco Sumulong

Francisco Sumulong is a former Representative of the 2nd district of Rizal. He served for three terms; from 1957 to 1961, 1984 to 1986, and from 1987 to 1992. Sumulong is part of the Aquino-Cojuangco Clan.
