Justice Florentino Torres (b.October 16, 1844 - ) was a former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines (June 17, 1901 - April 20, 1920 ).
Justice Torres obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1871.
He started his judicial career as Fiscal in the Fiscal Interino of Binondo Manila in 1871 and in CFI of Manila in 1873. He also was Secretary of the Relator de la Audiencia de Manila. In 1888, He became Judge of CFI of Ilocos Sur and CFI of Pampanga in 1890. He also served in the Teniente Fiscal de la Audiencia Territorial de Cebu in 1892 and as Magistrado at the Audencia de la Criminal of Cebu. He was Attorney General during the Military Government before his promotion as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court (1901 – 1920).
