The Conservatory of Music of the University of Santo Tomas is one of two Centers of Excellence in music in the Philippines. It is the only music school in the country which has an all-student symphony orchestra and an all-student symphonic band. The Conservatory offers different courses which include Bachelor of Music major in Piano, Voice, Violin, etc.

- Bachelor of Music - this program provides students with a well-rounded program of studies including programs in Performance, General Education, Musical Sciences, Music Literature, and Music History. The program offers majors in Piano, Music Education, Voice, Strings, Guitar, Woodwind, Brass wind, Percussion, Composition, Theory, Conducting, Music Literature and Jazz Studies. Graduates of this program have career opportunities as Teacher, Performer in small and big chamber groups, Conductor, Back-up musician in TV and radio programs, Performer in hotels, Music computer specialist, Arranger, or Composer.
