The Cebu Stamp Club, Incorporated (CSCI) is the premiere stamp collecting group based in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. The CSCI is the first and only registered stamp organization in Cebu including the whole of Visayas and Mindanao [1].

It was conceptualized and founded by philatelist Richard Allan B. Uy on August 24, 1996 and was officially registered as a non-stock, non-profit civic-leadership stamp organization by the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 30, 1997.

Joining the organization as members of the Board of Trustees and Co-founders include Ricardo Teves, Salvador Toong Jr., Erwin Allan Orosco, Patricia Perez, Venezia Milan Uy, Rachel Betos, Maria Luisa Potian, Virginia Cabaong-Ople, Teresita Caballero and Anna Liza Visda-Abellanosa.

Through the cooperation and efforts of different chairpersons and members composed of young professionals, businessmen, politicians and students as well as reputable institutions such as the Cultural and Historical Affairs Commission of the City of Cebu, Philippine Postal Corporation, Ayala Center Cebu, SM City Cebu, Cebu Association of Museums, Inc., Cebu Jaycees Inc., along with various media institutions based in Cebu, the different civic and philatelic projects and presentations of the CSCI have been successful [2].

The club not only prides itself in the field of philately but is also very active in the promotion of Cebuano arts, culture, history and tourism. Our collaborations with Philpost and other government institutions, NGO’s, corporations and the academe have always lived up to these causes.

With the cooperation of the City Government of Cebu, Cebu Stamp Club was responsible in having the first Cebu sponsored stamp, the TRES DE ABRIL UPRISING become an official stamp on June 12, 1998. This is the club's legacy to the people of Cebu.

On August 24, 2011, the club celebrated its 15th anniversary with two highly acclaimed mega events. The Cebu Stamp Club @ 15 Grand Reunion held at the Cuarto Mercedes of Montebello Villa Hotel, Cebu City and the launching of the John Paul II Celebration Exhibit at the Active Zone of Ayala Center Cebu, Cebu City.

Today, Cebu Stamp Club is the most active stamp collecting organization in the Philippines and has also pioneered in bringing Philippine philately to the I.T. level.
