Casimiro Ynares III

Casimiro Ynares III is the governor of the province of Rizal, Philippines. He is the son of the former Rizal Governor Casimiro “Ito” Ynares Jr..

A doctor of medicine graduate from De La Salle University, Gov. Ynares, who is still single at 31, is president of JMBC Philippines, Vel Chow Corp. Inc. and Maniju Enterprises Inc. and the director of the JNM Realty and Development Corp., Sports and Entertainment Management Inc. and the Rizal Dealership Corp. He also worked at the Philippine Air Force General Hospital in Villamor Air Base, Pasay City from 1999 to 2000.

In 2003, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo assigned him as the new chief of Laguna Lake Development Authority.

He was elected in the May 2007 elections as the new governor of Rizal, replacing his father.
