Ata (Manobo) or Atao Manobo, Ata of Davao, Langilan. This dialect is spoken by 27,000 people in Northwestern Davao, Mindanao, Philippines. they are classified as Austronesian, Mayo-Polynesian, Southern Philippine, Manobo, Central, South, Ata-Tigwa. Literacy rate in first language is 25%. Literacy rate in second langauge is 25% to 30%. Ata Manobo is different from Ata of Manibay, Negros Oriental, and Atta languages. A Negrito people.
