[edit] Controversy
In 15 April 2009, Rama filed a grave slander or serious oral defamation case for ruining her reputation against the GMA-7 Senior Vice President for Entertainment and a Producer of many TV shows Wilma Galvante who earlier filed a 7-million suit against her. According to the affidavit presented by Rama, Galvante seriously insulted and maligned her when she spoke to JC de Vera, one of Rama's talents. Galvante allegedly gave de Vera the impression that Rama is an incompetent and unprofessional talent manager. Galvante cited that Rama usually pulls out her talents from shows at the very last minute of production.
