Adformatix was established in October 1969 by W.R. Guersey, Chick Parsons and Guillermo T. Garcia, Jr. In 1970, the company started its actual operation with 12 employees. Its first client was Marcopper Mining and its first office was established at the Prudential Bank Building on Ayala Avenue. Adformatix was listed as the 12th largest independent agency in the country. When W.R.
