Tokneneng and/or kwek-kwek are some of the common local delicacies that can be bought from the streets. Most of the time, both names are mixed up. But in reality, the quail egg is the one called tokneneng, not kwek-kwek. And the chicken egg is really called kwek-kwek, not tokneneng. These are described as eggs with a red/yellow outer coating.
