Spanish-Moro Wars

The Spanish-Moro Wars refers to the three-century resistance of the Muslims in Mindanao from conversion to Christianity which began in the 1500s. It was characterized by brutalities on the side of the Spaniards who wanted to conquer the southern islands of the Philippines.
