San Carlos City is a 2nd class city in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 154,264 people in 28,025 households. Recently its former mayor Julian V. Resuello was assassinated on April 28, 2007 and died on April 30, 2007 while attending fiesta.
