Bulaklak ng Maynila is a story about love, betrayal and revenge. The film by Joel Lamangan which stars Elizabeth Oropesa, Christopher de Leon and Angelu de Leon tells about some of the dark and harsh reality of life.

Synopsis

Azun (Elizabeth Oropesa) lives in a dangerous neighborhood in Manila where she peddles goods on the street for a living. Her husband Roque (Bembol Roco) was jailed after being involved in burglary. With few options to support and protect herself and her daughter, Azun got involve with Timo (Christopher De Leon), a leader of a local crime syndicate. Timo rapes Azun's teenage daughter, Ada, (Angelu de Leon) and forces the latter to leave her boyfriend (Jomari Yllana) and dance in his strip club. After learning what Timo has done to Ada, Azun plots a revenge against him.
